wonderful staff rooftop terrace free coffee small room missing tv channel basic toiletries

the staff was genuinely wonderful! the free coffee and water were available outside breakfast hours. i found a beautiful rooftop terrace with city views. it was a good base for exploring.

The room was terribly small. there was no english-speaking channel except sky news. the shower was just a shower head. There were no nice toiletries! the experience felt very basic, though expensive.

mixed experience due to noise and room issues

poor insulation faulty unit

the location was acceptable with good access to transport.

the noise insulation was poor as i could hear everything from other rooms. the air conditioning unit was faulty and repeatedly turned on during the night. no power outlets were near the bed, very inconvenient.

the front desk staff was polite and ready to help

the room lacked a kettle or coffee sachets i also expected a small fridge to keep my stuff the noise was bothersome i could hear everything from upstairs starting at 9 am each day this made resting difficult
